FAQs

How do I pick the best site for me?

We offer a variety of sites, please click below for more information on each site or feel free to call us so we can help. (304) 822-8020

Are you open year round?

We are. We do winter close some of our sites, but we have sites that are available. We are not designed for winter camping so the weather temperatures dictates whether a camper can stay hooked up to a water spigot vs. if they will need to fill up their camper and unhook.

What is the best way to make a reservation?

You are welcome to call us directly 304-822-8020. We can help you select the best site for your preferences. When making your reservation by phone you will pay with cash or check upon arrival (except for holiday weekends, which are prepaid and non-refundable).

OR

You may utilize our online third party booking agent, The Dyrt . Online reservations offer the convenience of credit card payment and are non refundable.

Do You offer seasonal sites?

No, we do not have seasonal rental.

Do you offer long term stays?

We do try to accommodate those who need an extended stay.

If you need an extended stay, please call us directly (304) 822-8020 so we can discuss your need and check our availability.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, as long as pets are kept on a leash at all times, you clean up after them and they are not disruptive.

Do I need a license to fish at the ponds?

No. This is private property so a license is not required. Our ponds are catch and release.

Do you allow people to use the dump station that are not camping in the campground?

Yes. There is a $10.00 fee

Can I bring my own firewood?

No, but we have firewood for sale. Bundles are $5.00 each

How is the Wi-Fi and cell phone service?

There are wi-fi extenders to aid in getting the wi-fi signal throughout the campground. As the campground is rural, in the mountains and wooded there are areas that have stronger signal than others. Cell phone service is dependent on your carrier.
